Terms & Conditions

Know your rights, responsibilities, and the guidelines that help us provide secure, transparent, and trustworthy financial tools for your growth.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chabi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

Users below the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration and KYC

  • To access Chabi’s services, you are required to create an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and identity information during registration and KYC submission.

  • Chabi reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to services if KYC requirements are not completed or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, PIN, and any verification codes.

  • Any activity carried out through your account shall be deemed to have been performed by you.

  • Chabi shall not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Savings Plans and Auto-Deductions

Chabi offers daily, weekly, and monthly savings plans that allow users to save money systematically.

By enrolling in a savings plan, you authorize Chabi to automatically deduct the selected amount from your chosen payment method at the selected frequency. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance in your payment method for successful auto-deductions.

5. Digital Gold Purchase

All amounts saved through the Platform are converted into digital gold at the prevailing real-time gold price at the time of successful transaction. Gold purchased through the Platform is stored securely with authorized and compliant gold storage partners.

Chabi acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not act as the issuer, seller, or custodian of gold.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

  • Gold prices displayed on the Platform are market-linked and may fluctuate based on prevailing market conditions.

  • Applicable taxes, including GST, platform fees, and transaction charges, may be levied on purchases, redemptions, or deliveries.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Once a digital gold purchase is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • Refunds are permitted only in cases of failed or duplicate transactions, subject to verification.

8. Redemption of Gold

  • Users may redeem their digital gold either as cash or as physical gold, subject to applicable limits and conditions.

  • Physical gold redemption may involve additional making charges, delivery fees, and logistics costs.

  • Minimum redemption thresholds may apply and may vary based on redemption type.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Chabi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account if suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected.

  • Such action may be taken without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform

10. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the Platform may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Chabi shall not be responsible for losses arising from market price fluctuations, investment risks, or user errors.

  • Chabi is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI networks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

  • Chabi’s total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the specific transaction in dispute.

12. Modification of Services

Chabi reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Subject to arbitration, courts located in the city where the Company operates shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Refund Policy

Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Chabi shall only process refunds in case of technical errors or duplicate payments, subject to verification and request within 7 days.

16. SIP Boost

The SIP Boost feature allows users to automatically increase their SIP amount by 10% (by default, or the user can change the percentage) annually, as selected by the user. The revised amount will be applied on the SIP anniversary date each year.
